We are looking for a long term foster or forever home for Khan. He is a bit reserved, but playful and likes to fetch. He is easy to walk on a leash and takes redirection well. He will walk close to you on a leash. Although he has some prey drive issues, they are not severe. However he cannot be placed in a home with small children or other pets. When I feed him he gives me kisses on my hand as thanks to feeding him. He is very sweet. He tolerates being brushed, and bathed. He hates his tail played with or brushed, he will let you do it, but he whips around trying to get you to leave it alone. He has energy, not overly energetic, but would be great with a daily walker, or a jogger. He doesn't like quick movements, as they scare him and he freezes and turns quickly. Movements startle him, but noises do not. He will yip with noise and howl to join in. He likes being petted, and touched. He likes being with his people and near his people. He is very curious and likes to check out his surroundings. He does not like change, and does not do well with stress. You know he is upset because he quits eating. He is a great dog, and very funny to watch, hard to take pictures of cause every time I am near he comes and sits next to me instead of continuing playing.
